Custom hats and caps or the ability to design your own custom hat online is offered by many screen printing, embroidery, promotional products and decorated apparel companies.

Crooked Brook is not a promotional products nor a decorated apparel company; it is a label used by the atelier division of our art studio.

There was a time when a custom hat meant an embroidered baseball hat.

Today, with all of the different brands, styles, profiles, fabrics and colors of hats and caps to choose from, finding the right hat to customize can be overwhelming;

Golf hats, baseball hats, trucker hats, fitted hats, mesh hats, flex fit hats, low profile and high profile hats, structured and unstructured hats, garment washed and pigment dyed caps, to name a few.

Please be advised when ordering a custom hat or cap;

• The hat and the complexity of the embroidered logo or design will determine the price, and whether or not there is a minimum.

• Logos, text, or graphics must be no larger than 4.5" wide x 2" tall.

• Any text must be NO SMALLER than 1/4" tall in order to be embroidered legibly.

• Logos, designs or monograms may be embroidered on the front, back and/or side panels.
